Zimbabwe AIDS Network (ZAN)

Zimbabwe AIDS Network (ZAN) is a membership organisation supported by a consortium of donors who jointly have agreed upon the terms of reference. Sida carrried out the evaluation. ZAN has grown rapidly over the last 2½ years and this has seen ZAN revisiting & reviewingits strategic and operational scope. This has led to refocussing & redefining ZAN's vision, mission, values & objectives. Members are highly valuing the organisation for its wide membership, experience in distributing grants, decentralised nature, non partisan approach & has a constitution that allows members to be diciplined in case of mismanagement. Capacity needs however to be increased further.
