The News Agency "Agencia Informativa Púlsar"

This study reports on an evaluation of  a project to support the news agency Púlsar, during the years 2001-2003. Púlsar forms part of the regional Latin American community radio organisation Amarc. During the period  of the project Amarc experienced an organisational crisis, coming close to a collapse. In spite of a lot of difficulties and shortcomings the news agency survived.
