Sammanfattning
National Health Accounts (NHA) become one of the most important tools for resource tracking in the health sector in the world, especially in low- and middle income countries. It is used to produce information on the flow of resources within the health sector, answering the questions; where does the money come from, who uses it, and for what purposes. Based on this information governments can develop policies and make strategic decisions on resource allocation and health financing. Examples from Kenya, Zambia and Mali.
