Study of the Swedish Philippine NGO Program - Final report

This study was to provide Sida with a comprehensive review and analysis of substantial Swedish NGO development support as an input to the new country strategy for the Philippines. The evaluation covered the period 1995 to 2000 and carried from March to October 2000. A total of 29 Partner Interviews and seven projects were evaluated. The evaluation focus was on efficiency/effectiveness plus cross cutting issues of Gender, sustainable development and poverty alleviation. Primary and secondary data, partner, key informant and beneficiary interviews were used.
