The regional report contains a comparative analysis of Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers, PRSP, in Bolivia, Honduras and Nicaragua, set in the broader context of economic and social developments in the Latin American region at large. The central questions are: has the PRSP complied with its main objectives in moving towards an effective poverty reduction strategy and what is the value added of the PRSP with respect to previous strategies and policies?
