Promotion of the Swedish Participation in EU Phare-twinning

The NCP function at Sida is reponsible for the co-ordination of the twinning activities, mainly involving Swedish authorities/agencies (authorities). During spring 2003 EuroFutures AB (EF) was assigned by Sida to evalutate the performance of the Sida/National Contact Point (NCP)for Phare Twinning in relation to the aims set for the twinning support function, after it was transferred to Sida from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (MFA).
