Sammanfattning
PRIA is a national-level NGO working on issues related to participatory training, governance, environmentally sustainable development and civil society. SIDA has supported PRIA since 1995, in the implementation of a nation-wide programme for strengthening panchayati raj institutions (PRIs). The geographical coverage has grown from 7 states at inception to 18 states in the phase that concludes in June 2002.
