Mid-Term Review of the Project ‘Promoting Agriculture, Climate and Trade Linkages in the East African Community 2 (PACT EAC 2)’

This report, which has been commissioned from NIRAS Sweden by Sida Headquarters in Stockholm, presents a mid-term review ofthe Project ‘Promoting Agriculture, Climate and Trade Linkages in the East African Community 2 (PACT EAC 2)’. The project andactivities are adjudged as highly relevant at the start of implementation in late 2015 have remained relevant in the period underreview. The project has made good progress with implementation of activities and has been very effective and efficiently implemented.There are good examples of positive outcomes and impact, but sustainability is low and the project will not be able to continuebeyond its current phase (ending September 2019 without additional donor support).
