Mid-term Review of the Capacity Development Project of the Rural Energy Agency, Tanzania

The REA Capacity Development Project (CD-REA), financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) is now in its 15th month of the Implementation Phase and this MTR has been undertaken to assess performance of the project to date and whether there will be a need to continue into the Consolidation Phase of the project.
