Mainstreaming Gender Equality

In this inception report the evaluators developed different tools to capture change in gender equality and mainstreaming. In developing their methodological approach, the evaluation team aimed at linking the analytical framework to operational tools by preparing the following elements: a conceptual framework, prompt sheets, study objects, indicators and other tools such as stakeholdeer maps. These various tools provided the team members with a common understanding of the evaluation which could ensure comparability between the three cases selected (Bangladesh, Nicaragua and South Africa).
