Improving Care and Institutional Conditions for Orphans and Children Deprived of Parental Rights in Belarus

This Evaluation assesses the support Sida provides to improving the care and institutional conditions for orphans and children without parental care in Belarus through Adoptionscentrum and their two partners in Belarus - two NGOs. The evaluation more specifically addresses: the relevance, effectiveness, impacts and sustainability of the project and provides lessons learned and recommendations concerning future support in this area.
