Country Report 2004, Executive Summary This report evaluates the experiences of the elaboration and implementation of the poverty reduction stratehgy in Honduras. It is divided in two parts. First an update of the process and situation of the poverty reduction strategy since the previous report (2003) and secondly an evaluation of different policy options for achieving pro-poor growth.
