Global Trade Union Building in Defence of Workers' Rights

The overall purpose of the evaluation is to assess whether the LO-TCO Secretariat's international development cooperation contributes to Sida's goals of strengthening civil society and enabling poor people to improve their living conditions. Special focus is put on relevance, effectiveness and sustainability. Country studies were carried out in Colombia, India, Ghana, Togo and Burkina Faso (annexed).
