Generational Shift in Civil Society - Focus on Leadership

This final report gives an account of the background, objectives, process and outcome of the project. The purpose of the project was to apply a generational shift perspective on leadership within civil society active in development cooperation, both in a Swedish and international context. The report presents an analysis of objectives and results, an evaluation of experiences and gives future recommendations. Finally, a summary is given of conclusions from workshops and seminar realised within the frame of the project; highlighting themes, methods and strategies concerning the topic.
