Evaluation Twaweza: Tanzania 2009 - 2014 - Final Report

This report contains the findings, conclusions and recommendations from an evaluation of the first years of operation (2009-2014) of the organization Twaweza in Tanzania. Sida commissioned Policy Research International, PRI, in consortium with Project Services International, PSI, to undertake this evaluation in order to assess of the progress achieved and to make recommendations about the future direction of the programme.
