Sammanfattning
Sida has been been supporting a programme for local development in Nicaragua(PRODEL) since 1994 aimed at improving the living conditions of low income households in poor urban settlements in Nicaragua and to development sustainable institutional capacity for itself and its partners to pursue this objective. PRODEL has received support from Sida in three phases. As part of phasing-out of the Swedish cooperation with Nicaragua and finalizing the support to PRODEL Sida has order this Evaluation.
