Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) and the Asian Legal Resource Centre (ALRC), 2002-2004

The evaluation assesses the relevance, effectiveness, achievements and sustainability of AHRC/ALRC's programs, activities and products as specified in the Work Program of AHRC/ALRC 2002-2004. It also aims to assess the organizational structure of AHRC/ALRC in relation to the organizations' capacity to carry out their projects and annual plans.
