Apoyo al Programa Nacional Indigena en Bolivia

The purpose of this evaluation is to study five projects that together form the Programa Indígena. The Programa Indígena was to develop capacity of natives to self-management of their communities to assure sustainable development. This evaluation is based on studies of documentation of the programme, interviews with operational staff and with beneficiaries.
