Active Labour Market Policy in Russia? - An evaluation of Swedish technical assistance to the Russian Employment Services 1997-

The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the relevance, effects, cost-effectiveness and sustainability of the labour market projects implemented by the Swedish National Labour Market Board (AMS) and financed by Sida, as well as to provide Sida with an overview of the Russian parties main priorities and strategies in the field of labour market policies at present.
