TGNP’s work is found to be relevantto the grassroots beneficiaries it works with. TGNP achieves results at the grassroot level, but overall national results have not beenachieved. TGNP has important unexpected positive results including generating a high level of understanding of gender equality, creating social cohesion and engagement. TGNP’s main leverage on the political decision-makers is its reliance on current andreal-time information on what is important to the communities. TGNP is applying a method creating self-sustainable KnowledgeCentres able to advocate and change the situation in villages in Tanzania. Challenges remain regarding methodology deviation, perception of external stakeholders and regular communication channels.
