Regional AIDS Training Network (RATN)

This end-of-programme evaluation was commissioned by RATN as part of its strategic plan 2004-2008. The evaluation is partial fulfillment of RATN's agreement with two other JFA donors , Canadian International Development Agency and Development Cooperation of Ireland. The purpose of the evaluation has been to assess: (a) the progress made by RATN in meeting its goals and objectives outlined in its Strategic Plan 2004-2008 (b) assess progress by RATN in meeting recommendations of the Joint Evaluation and Beneficiary Survey (2005) and Mid Term Review (2007) (c) identify value added that RATN brings to Eastern and Southern Africa Region
