Summary of Integrated Conflict Perspective in Contribution Management

The Swedish government’s instruction states that Sida’s development cooperation shall be based on an integrated conflict perspective1. To Sida, the term ‘conflict perspective” has the same meaning as conflict sensitivity. The purpose of this Technical Note (TN) is to provide guidance to Sida’s programme managers in assessing and following-up on conflict sensitivity in the contribution management cycle. The guidance also aims to clarify the roles and responsibilities between Sida and partners in assessing, implementing and following-up on this approach.
