The project adapted to changing circumstances and exceeded targets in key\r\nareas like NGO collaboration, climate advocacy, and legal aid, but external political challenges and the need for better long-term\r\nimpact monitoring remain. Recommendations include strengthening partnerships, integrating into policy frameworks, developing\r\nmarket-based economic programs, and enhancing monitoring systems, recalibration of expectations from donors, supporting\r\nresilience building, committing to long-term partnerships, and introducing flexible funding.
