About the programme
Leadership for Transformative Change is a programme designed for leaders aspiring to create
sustainable change in our world.
The goal of this programme is to provide you with the tools you need for long-term impact in your community. We are offering you a chance to be part of a worldwide group of “change agents”. Together you will reach for new solutions for a sustainable future by combining your experience with new knowledge!
In the programme we work with leadership development, system change, innovativeness and flexibility and concrete methods for co-creation and societal change. We will highlight the need for intersectional equality including perspectives of gender, ethnicity, class, sex, and religion and work to change ourselves, our organisations, our contexts to contribute to societal change.
Open for participants from all sectors
Leadership for Transformative Change will be open to participants from all sectors and layers of society from low-, middle- and high-income countries, and from private, public and multilateral and civil society sectors.
The programme will be offered part-time (20%) in English over the course of 12 months with a majority of the modules online. Two in-person meetings will be organized, one in Sweden.
We believe in teamwork, so it is required to apply in teams of two. Your teammate could
be a colleague or someone relevant who represent another stategic organisation or part of society.
