Syftet med de två fallstudier som beskrivs i denna rapport är att ge en analys av hur det civila samhällets organisationer deltar i dialogen politik, som resultat erhålls och vilka faktorer bidrog till dem. Denna studie är en tre (de andra två täcker Bangladesh och Uganda).
