    Guidance on Programme-Based Approaches

    Syftet med denna vägledning är att förklara vad ett programbaserat arbetssätt innebär. Pappret ska bidra till att öka andelen programansatser i Sidas insatser och att förbättra kvaliten i programansatserna för att uppnå bättre resultat för fattiga människor. Vägledningen ersätter Sidas tidigare policy för sektorprogramstöd.

    Denna skrift förklarar, från ett Sida-perspektiv, vad ett programbaserat arbetssätt innebär och hur det kan användas för att stödja en nationell fattigdomsstrategi, ett sektorprogram eller ett program som drivs av en organisation.
