2017:3 Sida Decentralised Evaluation / This report presents the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the ITP 296 ‘Fred och Säkerhet i Afrika (Peace and Security in Africa, PASA)’, covering the five programmes during the years 2011-2016. The evaluation finds the PASA course to be effectichrisve and relevant at an individual level, strengthening the abilities of staff members to plan and implemented using a reuslts based approach However, results are less visible at the organisational level.
