Practical examples on how to address gender equality when elaborating the dialogue plan
Most Development Cooperation Strategies identify gender equality as a dialogue issue. Consequently, gender equality is likely to be one out of a few dialogue issues to address when the Embassy/Country team elaborates the dialogue plan within the framework of the Cooperation Strategy. This tool provides practical examples on how to address gender in that process. It is a complement to and follows the same logic as the dialogue process established in “Sida at Work”. It is directed towards the gender focal point within each team and managers responsible for the elaboration of the dialogue plan.
