Drivers of Change

Updated: 3 March 2017

Drivers of Change are civil society organisations that work to influence the private sector to take greater responsibility for sustainable development and responsible business conduct.

Drivers of Change focus on changing the mind-sets of private sector through dialogue and raising awareness on the monitoring of corporate behaviour. Civil society has an important role to play as a watchdog and whistle-blower for cases when the private sector fails their ethical, legal and international obligations to responsible and sustainable business conduct.
