Då båda organisationerna är godkända Mandated Bodys kan man genom "Consortium Agreement" utforma en ansökan tillsammans alternativt anlita dem för att utforma en Twinningansökan.

NI-CO is the project management unit for the Northern Ireland Government in the delivery of overseas technical assistance projects. Set up in 1992 to promote a positive image of Northern Ireland globally by marketing the skills of the public sector, NI-CO has delivered over 400 projects in 65 countries worldwide - approximately 100 of these projects have been through the EC Twinning Programme. NI-CO would be delighted to work alongside any Swedish Government Department and assist in the delivery of these EC Twinning Programmes.
(CPMA)The Central Project Management Agency services in financial and administrative management and logistics of the Twinning projects that could be relevant and interesting for the Swedish partners.
