Purpose
The main purpose of the Sida - SWEACC collaboration, is to encourage development, strengthen democracy, promote sustainable long term business, create work opportunities and better living conditions for people living in poverty.
Background
On April 26, Sida and SWEACC conducted the 1st workshop at Sida in Stockholm. The participants were mainly small and mid-size companies in the energy sector, both from Sweden and EA countries. The workshop generated a lot of enabling factors for the creation of a bankable and renewable energy project within the EA countries. The purpose with these workshops is to identify an energy project, based on local needs and possible solutions driven by local business models and simplicity.
This workshop
We have invited internationally well-known representatives from the renewable and sustainable Energy sector. In addition officials from the EAC Embassies will join the event, in order to secure that our ideas and the outcome will be anchored and supported. We would like you to join as well!
