"Sida Partnership Forum will offer training, skills development and meeting places/‘arenas’ for greater synergies and increased aid capacity among development cooperation actors, and to contribute to developing the Swedish resource base. SPF will thus be a resource to stimulate dialogue, exchanges of ideas and experiences, and collaboration between actors in development cooperation."
