Who may apply to attend a course?

Course applications must be submitted through one of our partner organisations listed below. It is not possible to register for a course as a private person. A contact person from the partner organisation must sponsor your application. Sida Partnership Forum welcomes representatives active within international development partnerships from:
• business and industry sectors
• authorities
• the public sector (municipalities, counties and regions)
• researchers
• civil society organisations

How much does a course cost?

All activities organised by Sida in cooperation with other development actors are free of charge to our partners, namely Swedish government agencies, private sector firms, academia and civil society organisations. Those who wish to participate in the activities at Sida Partnership Forum need only cover their travel costs. All other costs, including accommodation and meals, are covered by Sida. Partners are also welcome to organise their own activities at the Forum in Härnösand subject to availability and agreement.

Is it possible to apply for a grant or scholarship from you?

No, unfortunately not. Sida Partnership Forum does not offer any grants or sponsorships.

When will I know if my course application has been accepted?

Information about application status will be sent to all applicants shortly after the last registration date.

What should I do if I cannot attend a course?

Notify the course administrator as soon as possible if you cannot attend. If the cancellation is received one week or less before the course start the participating organization will be charged for incurred costs. Cancellation rules apply to all participants.

What housing is provided?

At Sida Partnership Forum, participants stay comfortably in Lönnebo, our lodging facilities. Lönnebo has a kitchen, common room, TV room, laundry facilities and sauna. Sheets and towels are provided.
