Sida Partnership Forum welcomes representatives from the business community, state authorities, public sector, academia, and civil society.
Our work focuses on our capacity building activities, our courses held in Härnösand, Sweden, and our seminars on fighting poverty that we periodically arrange throughout Sweden. We also participate in conferences on development work in Sweden and abroad.
Many of Sweden’s most interesting and experienced lecturers in their fields are associated with Sida Partnership Forum. However, Sida Partnership Forum is not a traditional learning provider. We take advantage of the significant experience and knowledge that our participants bring to our activities. We aim to be an innovative meeting place where new insights and ideas can grow out of dialogue.
Our training methods are described in Active methods – a handbook on leading instruction.
Sida Partnership Forum is part of the Unit for Capacity Development and Cooperation, which in turn belongs to the Department of Global Cooperation at Sida. Maria Tegborg heads the Unit for Capacity Development and Cooperation. Matts Good is the assistant Head of Unit at Sida Partnership Forum.
