Tasty EU integration resulting in increased jobs and decreased energy consumption

Since late 2008, Sida finances a project called Business Advisory Services, BAS, in Moldova. The main objective is that small and medium size enterprises with the help of subsidized consultant services will decrease their energy consumption through energy efficiency. The main goal is that Moldova will be more self-sufficient in the energy sector as well as increased competitiveness among Moldovan enterprises.

International Training Programmes

As part of Sida's work with capacity and institutional development Sida offers international training programmes (ITP) for participants from low-and middle-income countries in priority areas. ITP's methodology takes account of the desire to develop and reform that the participants' organization have expressed in their application to the program.
