The Director-General's Office

The Director-General has the ultimate responsibility for implementing government and parliament decisions and for resolving overall issues regarding Sida's organisation. The main mission for the Director-General's Office is to be responsible for the overall coordination of the agency's activities and provide strategic support in the daily work of the Director-General and Deputy Director-General.

The team is also responsible for the overall coordination of Sida's dialogue with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Chief Controller function, the independent function for corruption investigation and Sida's whistle-blowing function.
